«Delusione da molti punti di vista, rapporto qualità prezzo pessima»
Struttura bella, gli arredamenti della hall molto particolari e l’area piscina con le palme stile jungla molto suggestivo
Le stanze abbastanza piccole e in bagno manca il bidet, per un 5 stelle spagnolo direi inaccetabile… il kit bagno inesistente sprovvisto persino delle salviettine. Il frigo bar con 2 lattine di acqua da 33cc l’una e rifornite una volta al giorno, da un hotel di questa categoria mi aspetto qualcosa in più. La parte peggiore è il buffet, quello della colazione un po’ ripetitivo ma alla fine accettabile, ma la cena no, a parte la ripetitività (6 cene le stesse identiche cose) mai un tema diversificato, nulla! La qualità decisamente bassa, le verdure sempre crude, e non ho la certezza del riciclo dal giorno precedente, ma il dubbio mi è venuto più volte. I cuochi che preparano il pesce e la carne svogliati e per nulla cordiali, ho chiesto un consiglio sul pesce, quale fosse locale e da provare, mi è stato risposto “sei in vacanza provali tutti” senza alcuna spiegazione… Il personale della reception cortese ma nulla di più, il parcheggio a pagamento che per un 5 stelle la richiesta di 15€ a notte per parcheggiare mi sembra ridicolo. La pulizia delle stanze non si occupava neanche di cambiare gli accappatoi messi in terra ma li riappendeva sull’appendiabiti. Dalla camera si sentivano gli schiamazzi e urla di bambini nella vicinissima spiaggia pubblica, quella a cui si ha accesso dall’hotel ma che non ha neanche un ombrellone dell’hotel. Una notte la luce della stanza si è accesa all’improvviso ben quattro volte durante la notte…inspiegabile e mai successo altrove! Una struttura con del potenziale ma con una standard decisamente basso. Il centro sportivo offre degli sconti per i campi da tennis e golf ma non sono compresi

Estadia muito agradável.
Sem exagero, o pequeno almoço é extraordinário, em diversidade e qualidade dos produtos. O serviço, tanto na recepção (Lito, Manuel e Fernando), como no bar, é eficiente, atento e simpático. Hotel com boa localização (está a dois passos da praia), bonito e com quarto confortável (bom colchão e travesseiros). Recomendo, sem hesitações.

Um verdadeiro oasis no deserto
Tudo com muito requinte, qualidade e conforto. As camas e almofadas são divinais. O quarto muito silencioso - abrindo a janela ouvimos as ondas do mar. Tem acesso direto à praia, piscina salgada, dois jacuzzi e muitas opções de espreguiçadeiras ou recantos para relaxar. Não há toalhas a marcar lugar por mais de meia hora - uma excelente medida do hotel. Todas as refeições são variadas e de qualidade. Gostei especialmente dos sumos naturais e da fruta fatiada. Comer no jardim é realmente maravilhoso! Houve música ao vivo todas as noites. A loja no hotel é uma perdição… produtos exclusivos e artesanais.
O sinal do wifi é fraco e muito instável.
